In November 2020 I took delivery of a Spark Amp. Instantly I realised that there was a mains hum problem and notified Positive Grid. (Ticket Number252327). I was told that a replacement PSU had been authorised and would be shipped to me. Since then I have numerous messages with PG and have come to the conclusion that I am just being fobbed off as I have received nothing! I now realise that PG have known about this problem for a long time and yet are still sending out these Amps to customers with a known fault. I genuinely wish I had not purchased it! The lack of concern from this company is shameful!
There is a known Bluetooth bug with the iPhone 12 that prevents music streaming to the amp. This defeats the entire purpose of having a practice amp with a backing track.

Does exactly what is supposed to do. Absolutely love it and can't wait to unlock all of its potential.
Wow! This product is absolutely mind blowing.
My inspiration has been resuscitated by this superbly versatile amp and app.
I can sound like Metallica, Pink Floyd or even produce my own tone with a massive library of effect pedals and amp heads, I can play music to jam to and it’ll even display the chords while I play/learn.
Truly revolutionary in its concept and beautifully presented, what a special thing this is.
Big sound for a small speaker and a lot of really nice tones in it. Also the possibilities of playing along to YouTube tracks or just jamming with that build in features is funny. The analysis of the played chords should be improved in my opinion. The only extremely bad things are:
1. No output for external cabinets/speakers/amps and so on
2. No input for external effects especially a looper like a Boss RC-5 or something like that.
Over all a great piece of gear for nearly every guitarist.
I received my amp but I ordered headphones and to date have not received it no posted shipping date

we love the spark amp we have purchased 2 of them one for myself and one for my son.
i failed to purchase the case with my 1st order due to financial restraints, i have tried to buy just the case and they do not sell them alone.
Very disappointing.
I ordered the amp recently and the very next day I received an email stating if you order the same amp you get a free bag with it. I contacted PG the same day and asked if I could get the free bag since I ordered my amp the day before the email notice was received re the free bag. My amp had not shipped at that point, and possibly still has not - per Fed Ex status today. So far I have been unable to get a bag with my purchase and have been unable to cancel my order to re-order so that I can get a free bag with my amp.
